My frgidaire oven repair
After 3-months of horrific customer service I finally can use my appliance. Unlike searshomeservices, the repair tech was professional and completed the repair quickly. At one point, I was locked out of my account not not being able to follow up on my claim. The designated day of every appointment (8-12), was canceled on the day my appliance was scheduled for repair, waisting my time and money. It's no wonder sears are going out of business, perhaps people at the top do not care how the company is being run, if that is the case stop taking money from seniors like myself who's every penny counts. Everything is a money grab, no one cares how others are affected by their greed and unethical behavior. There is a huge price to pay for actions that adversely affect others. Do the public a favor, either close your doors for good, or treat customers with the respect they earned by supporting your business. Needless to say, I will never suggest anyone buy frigidaire products, or warranties.
