I called at 12am to have my Electrolux dryer serviced; it wouldn't engage and flickered. To my surprise ART arranged a service call at 4pm today!
This occurred even tho the call center - get this - is in India 🙄
The technician was on time, courteous - and was able to fix my dryer. 
The cost wax very reasonable.
This was terrific service; I was impressed.

He was very experienced and helpful! He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Unfortunately parts had to be ordered and he will have to return in 2 weeks, as there were no earlier appointments. 
Also, the phone system for Sears is a problem. Too long of a window, poor communication, canceled on us twice. Again, very happy with Cory, not so happy with Sears!
