My experience with clay was a 10/10. The entire scheduling process, notification of appointments, and interaction with your call center was a 0/10. Your lucky to have Clay working for you as the entire infrastructure of the company and process is abysmal. The call center is bad enough to keep me away from Sears forever.

The initial person I spoke to to schedule the appointment was very confusing. She did not explain things as well as I would've liked. I told her I did not want to proceed with the appointment. However, the appointment continued and it worked out. I was able to have someone at the house in time for the evaluation. The technician, Justin was excellent. Your automated system or initial system is very poor.
