Washer diagnosis
Chris was one of the most helpful courteous techs I've had out. Very knowledgeable about my machine and appreciate how he took so much time and patience to explains things to this 81 yr old woman who can be pretty dense about things in general. Thank you

Ken, the first service tech was very nice and polite. He ordered the parts needed and explained what would be happening. Donald completed the repair very quickly. Both men were excellent in their jobs.
