Finally
Ray called to say he was on his way. I asked if there were 2 people because the unit is stacked. He stated no. I stated this was the third appt Electrolux made for me that was cancelled due to the unit being stacked. He rescheduled the appt for the next day and made sure 2 people were sent. 2 people came the next and the washer is finally fixed. THANK YOU RAY!!!

Hugo was very professional and he fixed things right away.
I would use him again but your system stinks. I noticed my freezer problem on Friday. I knew that I probably would not get service until after the weekend. I was given an appointment for Monday. There were plenty of email messages putting things together. Come Monday the tech came a bit after 8 am. There was no message that he was on the way. When he arrived he rang the bell and called my land line which showed up as Spam. He did not call or message me on my cell which was the primary on all the messages. He left saying that no one was at home. We were at home waiting for him back in the bathroom. I was given a new appointment for today Wednesday. In the meantime I got in touch with you (woman with surname Green) to be assured that the next tech would use my cell #. She assured me that he would. Hugo called this afternoon on the land line and fortunately we were next to the phone. You make it difficult to connect when you do not follow the plan that you laid out. I'd recommend Hugo, but not your service because it doesn't work.
