Kevin remained professional from the start. He called ahead of time to say he was on his way and he explained what might be the problem and what he would be doing. He then worked quietly until he was finished. When he was finished, he explained what he had done in a way that I could understand and then left. He stated if there was any problem I should could contact Sears. The whole process went smoothly.
