After Andrew arrived, we realized he has been here before on a service call for our washer. We had a favorable impression of him back then. Our dryer was "tumbling" but not heating. Andrew explained what he was going to do to diagnose the problem and set to work. He quickly found that a heat sensor was bad, he explained the cost to repair, and said he had the part on the truck. We approved the repair and the dryer works fine. It's a Samsung dryer and is nine years old. This was the first service call for the dryer. Andrew also fully explained the benefits of having a service contract in concise terms. We had one before but lost track of it and let it lapse. We signed on again. Having Andrew over is like having your brother show up to help, helpful and easy going.
