Good customer service and found out today that my has a reverse mode automatically. That's alot better customer service than Ernie Krieger. Pat did alot more than Krieger did. Side note, I learned something new about my magic chef dryer today than 2-3 weeks ago. Thank you sears company. Highly appreciated.

I was able to book the appointment on Sunday for the technician to come between 8 AM and noon the next morning. He called first, arrived on time and worked quickly to fix our dryer. We were very pleased.
