DAVID is the difference!
Not going to lie, I was pretty upset at sears home services for the first time"repair" and the fight to get someone out again to actuallly fix my dryer. David has fixed our dryer before, and when he walked in I felt better. And he took care of us as always. He actually fixed the dryer and agreed the previous tech should not have done what he did. If I could have David every time, he would be my first call. Dealing with dispatch and all that on the other hand…not ideal.

Dryer repair
Recent floor replacement caused the dryer to be pushed back against the vent and blocked the air flow. Once the dryer was properly positioned the air flow was restored.

The process was simple, although the window for arrival was 8-5; the details in the appointment kept me informed on timing, so I could run out and do errands. Bob knew his stuff and fixed my dryer, explaining what had happened, one of the rollers had become worn and was making the noise. He replaced both rollers. Was professional, allowed me a few minutes to clean up etc.
