Regarding Technician Niles
Niles was excellent. Very courteous and professional and respectful. Niles was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly and communicate to me and my wife our options going forward to either install either another soap dispenser in hopes fixing the problem or opt-out to buy a new washer.
