Diagnosed the problem and gave us good tips for future use, brands etc. on replacement options.
But could not order the Bosch parts to fix through your system.

Appointment scheduling was misleading, had me enter model/serial so Sears could confirm they could service it, but it turns out this brand/appliance is not supported by your parts systems.  Also scheduling tried to upsell me warranty services for this and other appliances when it turns out Sears couldn't even work on this one.
