Excellent Service
Michael was on time and very professional. He quickly completed our diagnostic on our refrigerator and gave us our estimate. He made the repairs and was exact with his diagnostic estimate. I have had previous appliance repair technicians that give us an estimate then tell us it will be a much more complicated to repair and will cost a lot more. So trusting someone to come to ur home and give u a price and stick to it was a very positive.

Replacement of my dishwasher heat pump
Very detail oriented and took great care with my wood floor when pulling the dishwasher out. Took care with some water that needed mop up. He completed the work and was very nice

Washer repair and dryer service
Alex was great! He checked out the washer and determined that, since it was 15 years old, that the replacement part was not available. He made great recommendations on a new washer to buy. He then cleaned and serviced the still, well functioning, dryer so that we could safely give it to a family member. Thank you so much!
