Great work
It took two visits to fix the bottom freezer of my Bosch fridge. The first visit took 1.5 hours to diagnose, disassemble and identify the defective part. The second visit took 18 minutes to test and install the replacement part and reassure unit. The refrigerator portion of the fridge remained operating through the whole time. Peter was friendly and professional the whole time. He called ahead of time to give me his eta and arrived as promised. I would be happy to work with again.

Joe is the best!
Of this entire organization Joe provided the best customer service. His technical skills are exemplary and above reproach. He's the only technician I trust to analyze and repair the appliances in my home. The rest of this organization needs a major overhaul in customer service skills. The scheduling managers are awful and despicable. Your appointment system is severely broken. Your computerized appointment system is awful. PLEASE go back to a live person customer service department. Managers and supervisors should be accessible by phone to handle immediate complaints and concerns. Having a service plan is of know value if I cannot talk to a live person. I am seriously considering discontinuing my service plan and purchasing a plan and company that values my time and my money. At this time I would NEVER recommend this company to supply technical service to anyone.

I would have appreciated if he brought booties to wear over his shoes and some kind of covering for the floor in front of the oven. He was friendly and answered all my questions.
