Bosch Dishwasher Repair
The whole experience has been a disaster. The first technician diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. The parts arrived, and the follow-up appointment. Several more cancellations and re-schedules. Second technician said it was the wrong part. more parts ordered, another week goes by. third technician arrives and installs the part, which was actually the right part to begin with. Dishwasher working. Finally! The frustrating thing was at no time was I able to actually talk to a human. Or even by Chat. You're out of luck if your question or problem wasn't in their AI algorithm. Overall, one star or less. Would not use again.

The technician was great! Sears Home Services? Nope.
Our technician was great but the company is so poorly run, first we had a no-show after waiting all day, then the fix, which if they charged by the hour should have cost under $100 cost over $400. It cost almost $400 in labor for less than 45 min of work. They promised discounts over the phone then never conveyed to the repair person, then denied they ever did. Just atrocious customer service. Never again.

Washer diagnosis
Aaron arrived as scheduled was pleasant, professional and knew his trade well. Could not repair washer due to age and limited parts availability. He Notified FAHW and they decided best option was to replace washer.
