Helpful Ray for washing machine service
The technician, Ray, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and friendly. He represents the company very well. Unfortunately the washing machine could not be fixed but he helped me understand the Warranty program and buying choices. I appreciated him very much.

Great Service
Joseph was terrific. He kept me informed of when he would arrive and of his progress. He quickly assessed the problem. Unfortunately the issue couldn't be fixed but he was able to clearly explain what the problem was and why it couldn't be fixed. I will use his services for any furure appliance work in the future.

Refrigerator Repair
Technician was very good. However the customer service was very poor, actually CRAPPY. .Wrong part, can't get service tech soon enough, no ergency for refrigerator service, therfore had to throw away food and medicine. It's a refrigerator not a dish washer. Very dissatisfied with Sears home service. Sears needs more refrigerator techs. I won't recommend Sears to anyone unless I get compensated for my losses, about $500. fjf 509.879.0613
