Give your upholstered furniture a deep clean
Upholstery Cleaning Services
We’d like to be mess-free 100% of the time, but life gets in the way of that. Kids, pets and spilled food or drink can turn your beautiful furniture into a disaster. Trust Sears Home Services with all of your furniture cleaning needs. Clean upholstery brightens up the whole room. Sears offers upholstery cleaning services to get ground-in dirt, stubborn stains and unpleasant odors out of your upholstered furniture.
Sears professional technicians have equipment that cleans virtually every type of upholstery including leather, suede, microfiber and vinyl. Before beginning any upholstery cleaning process, our team of technicians inspects each piece of furniture to create a custom cleaning plan.

The best cleaning method is established based on your furniture’s fabric. Then our trained specialists get to work cleaning, removing stains and reviving your furniture.
Two-step upholstery cleaning process
- First, a trained upholstery technician applies a heated fabric-cleaning spray to lift dirt out of the upholstery fibers.
- Next, the technician uses a high-powered rinse and extraction machine to remove the dirt and cleaning solution.
While cleaning upholstery, the technician gives extra attention to trouble shots and uses special tools for crevices and delicate fabric folds.
UltraCare™ FourGuard Carpet and Upholstery Protector
Ask us about the Sears UltraCare™ FourGuard Carpet and Upholstery Protector to prolong the life of your favorite furniture pieces. New furniture is coated with built-in fabric protectors, but these wear off over time. We recommend applying new upholstery protector after each upholstery cleaning. Reapplying the protector helps maintain the beauty, color and vibrancy of your furniture. An upholstery protector not only defends your fabric from stains and spills but it buys you time to clean up a spill before a stain sets.
UltraCare™ Pet Odor Eliminator
Sears Home Services also offers deodorizer services such as our UltraCare™ Pet Odor Eliminator. Our powerful enzyme deodorizer actually digests the organic matter that’s contributing to the odor. Unpleasant odors can ruin a piece of furniture. These tough odors—caused by urine, feces, vomit or other organic matter—can be treated with our UltraCare™ Pet Odor Eliminator, returning your favorite couch or chair to its original freshness.
