I recently had the pleasure of having Gordon, a Sears technician, repair my appliance, and the experience was fantastic! Gordon was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and took the time to explain the problem in simple terms. The repair was done promptly, and my appliance is now working like new. It was the parts delay that hurt the most
Well the repair was satisfactory and the technician was terrific. Unfortunately it took two months for the proper repair parts to arrive. It's a great challenge to live without a refrigerator for that long. And most importantly it would have been good to have more than 4 hours notice that the technician was coming. An e-mail at 5:00 AM local time and text at 7:30 AM the day of the arrival for a 9:00 AM appointment was quite a surprise.

Reset
Steven was great, very polite and diagnosed the problem quickly! It would have been great if the Frigidaire technical support could have just told us how to reset it ourselves, instead of waiting a month and half!
