Dryer repair
If all servicemen were as knowledgeable and professional as Paul the world would be a better place. Paul arrived on time, went right to work, explained so we could understand exactly what he was doing so dryer would work and fixed it! At this moment it works like new. Refrigerator fan replacement
The service repairman was very competent and friendly. My only complaint is that my refrigerator was not working very well after the fan went out and it took 7-8 days after that part came in for Sears to get the repairman back to my home to put the part in.

Good and quick service
Very efficient, only thing I would prefer is a phone call or more close to exact time. Hard to make sure anyone is home with a long window and a text several minutes before arrival.
