Best tech ever!
Even though the process of getting my washer machine fixed has not been the easiest, the technician Keagan has been extremely knowledgeable, communicable, professional and caring. I would have given up by now if it weren't for him. Give this man a raise because you don't get that quality and work ethic very often. Thank you!!

Finally a good technician
Al walked straight in and diagnosed the problem correctly. I have said all along that the condenser was one of the problems and it was. By far Al has been the best after another young guy couldn't figure it out in three visits.
