Keegan is excellent but ...
Sears needs to make a few changes and the first is communication! We made a call for service on a Monday and got a first appt time for Sat - even though Sat was our 61st wedding anniversary and we had plans we needed our stove repaired - in the four days before the appt time we received on our computer three reminders - like we would forget - and the appt time is anytime between 8 and 5 - so we waited by the phone all day and checked at 4:30 to see if we were to have a repairman that day and on line were told that the repairman would be at our house at 8:03 (huh?) p.m. so we waited some more and by 9:30 were pretty sure nothing was going to happen that day - we checked the computer again and it showed that our appt was between 8 and 5 - so then I called all the numbers for Sears that I saw on line and only got recording and was told on one recording at I " had missed my appointment" - so on Sunday I spent quite a long time and finally got a customer service number and was told I had to reschedule as our technician was over booked - that operator did reschedule me for the next day, Monday - between 8 and 5 but we got lucky and got Keegan early on Monday who fixed our oven immediately - so you can see with one phone call from Sears on Sat that they were unable to come that day would have made such a better difference and impression. Communication is key to most businesses staying in business. Sears has a very long way to go in that vein. And again, our technician was outstanding and had nothing to do with the fiasco - and a person answering the phone would have made a two day mess avoidable. But Sears got their money and that's what it's all about today.

Kegan was nothing short of AMAZING this morning. i have two toddlers and as hectic as they are, he was able to efficiently carry out his job and made time to joke/play with them & make the experience great for us. this man deserves some praise and raise!

Exceptionally Knowledgeable
Kegan was a very polite technician with a great knowledge of washers. He was pleasant to work with and very kind. He was able to confidently inform me of the estimated repairs, along with the up-front cost of the potential repair. He doesn't mind dogs either! I'd recommend Kegan for any future appliance repair.

repair on service tech
he was knowledgable polite and helpfull. His cellphone does not work while vehicle is moving which could be good but due to no gps service in my county of randolph county he could not find my home and could not be talked to the location of my home. Your company has no fast way of communicating to your repairperson or your company by phone. You need to have a system in place to speak to a live person on your system. This caused a delay in getting him to my home and further delaying a good out come for having the repair done.

Service visit
Kegan P came to our home to check our malfunctioning dishwasher. He called before coming and arrived in a timely way. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate for the repair. He answered every question and was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him as a technician. Thanks.
