Mickey is great. Knowledgeable about the appliances and clear with explaining. While I am not having him do the repair on my washer, I have had him repair other appliances in the past and he knows his stuff

Service tech, I believe Mickey, was very helpful . He was prompt a d honest about the issue and gave us advice on what we could do to eliminate the gas smell.
