I was rescheduled two times after waiting all day. The new email said the guy would be here between 8:00 - 5:00 on the 22. Yesterday I got an email saying he would be here between 8 - 9:30. He showed up at 3:00. Worked really well and polite. He said I’d have my ice maker making ice soon. Well it’s the following day and still no ice???

At least four of our appointments have been canceled, some of which we didn’t even get a call or email. Each time we try to resolve the issue it is near impossible to contact someone. When I do get a hold of someone they say they will escalate the issue however they still keep canceling. We are through a warranty service otherwise we would not continue service through Sears. I have seen other reviews on it taking months for services to be completed. Very frustrating.
