Frank was amazing. He kept us updated on his ETA. When he arrived he was quick to determine what was wrong and help us out!

Frank came very quickly. Assessed problem suspecting the drain pump. He said the pump I needed was not available to order. I assumed I'd have to buy a new dishwasher. I paid Frank left. I contacted Samsung and ordered a pump from their distributor and will install it myself. Not sure why Sears tech's part system would be so limited.
