Technician okay; online and phone service poor
Technician had to order 2 parts and said he would come back on Friday. NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED TO RESCHEDULE. Can't reach a live person on Sears online or phone. Had to schedule another appointment. Technician showed then but he had ordered a wrong part! Would not use them again.

Unnessesary service
I appreciated that the technician honestly told me that there is no solution to our problem and we are stuck with this gas range. I asked him to check if it was leveled, and he assured me it was. I started cooking shortly after he left. Sure enough, all the oil for sautéing was in the one half of the pan, leaving the other half burning. Not a happy customer!

Technician Rating
My refrigerator is now not working! It is not making ice or keeping anything cold

Definitely Not Your Best Representative
They really needed to have an option for half and negative stars. Joseph came to make the same repair twice. The first time he came and said I can't fix this. He did look at some stuff, touched a few things and left. He never communicated to the repair company to get someone else or to fix it. I put in another service request and low and behold they send Joseph back out. Guess what, HE COULDN'T FIX IT AGAIN, but this time, he closes out the order saying the customer refused service. Needless to say, I called the warranty company again and they have assigned my repair to another company. What a cluster, really not your best work.

I wasn't there when tech came
Aside from the tech....i am not happy at all with your CS ...I wanted to confirm u had the part because it was not delivered to me..no one ..when I finally spoke to someone which was a nightmare, coukd answer that question..at times I didn't think anyone knew what they doing...very disappointed and don't kno that I'd ever use you again...I had two techs not even show up for appointments

air conditioner
this tech is no good his was at the house 3 times has not fix the problem same problem then sears sent him back 2 o 3 week later we have not have air conditioning for 2 month do not recommend

Broke a part I already replaced and said it was defective.
The guy comes and ends up breaking a part I recently replaced, then says it was defective. Meanwhile he was talking to another tech on the phone, and then the other guy apparently diagnosed the problem while not even being here or testing anything. Then he charged me, because he "diagnosed " the issue. He didn't prove the part he broke was defective, because if it was, I could have got a refund because it was still under warranty, instead the part is broke and can no longer be returned. It was a horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible Experience
This was the 5th time a technician has been to my house. Each visit requires weeks in between so I've been without a working refrigerator for months. This was the 2nd time Greg was here. The first time he ordered incorrect parts. This time he left old parts and several boxes in a large pile in my kitchen. He seems like a nice enough guy, but this experience is unacceptable. Based on the track record of this company I doubt my refrigerator is fixed.
