Tech is great, service is horribly managed
The tech knows what he is doing and completed the repair in a timely manner. However, all of the support staff online are the worst. They will not commit to anything and just push you to schedule appointments. I will likely never use Sears Home Services again because of how I was treated by online support staff.

David and service plan
David was fine ,warrenty for not fixing my problem. It was not my fault they did not take care of washer. So even with service plan Ihave to get it fixed myself.

GE refrigerator
Appreciated Sears keeping me posted on technicians arrival time. Technician called me to confirm the part ordered had arrived to my home prior to his arrival. Technician arrived within time frame. Good service completed in reasonable time. Technician cleaned up after himself. observed technicians work shirt was tattered . The only suggestion I have would be that technicians uniforms are not so worn out.

His trainer didn't have Chris do any of the work. That isn't training to me. Can't really rate because trainer was not exactly letting him do anything and the trainer was condicending and not personable.

Rubin was good and did everything right except notify Dispatch he had the part ordered for my washer. He said it was up to your Dispatch to reschedule him and he couldn't call in. Your Dispatch Sucks. Worst experience ever. Rubin did the initial diagnostic and ordered the part needed. The part was ordered and received in less than a week. My Rescheduled appointment was cancelled and resceduled about 5 times because Dispatch kept scheduling someone different who didn't have the part that was ordered for my washing machine. I tried calling several times but was never able to reach anyone. Your automated system kept cutting me off without the option to talk to anyone. I finally got hold of Rubin so I could talk to Dispatch because he said they weren't scheduling him to go back to my home to install the new part. He had to wait to be scheduled. Your dispatch system is the worst. Poorly trained!!!!!! I never want to deal with a company with that type of service.

Shaun G was good but my dryer issue cannot be resolved. He was in contact with Maytag about my dryer. There is nothing that can be done to repair the dryer since one of your technicians, Ruben, installed a part and whatever he did to the machine, it will not connect to the internet so we can use it remotely, or turn it off remotely if we forgot to turn it off when we left the house. We can't get a signal to know when it is done drying. The warranty company said they will give me half the money of the cost of the dryer. That part of the machine was working correctly and was one of the reasons I purchased that specific dryer. Your technician Ruben ruined my dryer and now I can't use one of the main features I purchased the dryer for. I feel that A&E should be replacing my dryer at their cost. I should not be responsible for poor workmanship that ruined my dryer. It is also very frustrating that I cannot contact a live person do discuss this issue with. I tried the chat and that doesn't connect me with a real person. I get a digital assistant. I call all phone numbers that I can find and I get a robot that never lets me connect to a live person to help me. Please contact me.

I wish my washer worked!
Joseph was great but unfortunately he left and then I went to run a load of laundry and the washer still didn't work. Now I have to wait another 3 days before I can get it looked at again! I'm very disappointment.

Unsatisfactory
My washer will not go into the 2nd rinse. It gets out of balance and then starts all over agsin with the first wash.
