Never came to my house
This is the 8th service call for my Refrigerator. It was determined 2 months ago thst it can not be repaired. Replacement department won't replace it with out a senior technician looking at. Always send same technician not a senior technician. Sears just putting off replacing my Refrigerator. What kind of home warranty is this.

Not happy
Very insincere, not good customer service, if trained his technicians correctly all the parts would have been ordered.

Refrigerator repair
We need Omar to come back because the light no longer works and the some of the pieces were not put back on the top of the refrigerator when he adjusted the door. He was pleasant, but the everything is not back to normal.

Now my system isn't working.
Very pleasant. System was working but after service it isn't. Now I have to wait for 2 1/2 weeks for a return call. Wouldn't recommend.
