Anthony seems to be a great guy but he did not inform me of all the issues. There was dead mouse in my furnace and Anthony did not tell me about it. This caused my Home Warranty claim to be denied. I was completely caught off guard with the denial. I believe Anthony is very qualified tech. I would not recommend Sears Home Service to anyone! I called a local company and the tech was here within the hour and the AC was fixed in 30 minutes. No damage from the mouse. Took me 6 weeks to deal with Sears Home Service. No AC half of the summer.

Recent freezer repair
Overall, David did a good job repairing our refrigerator freezer. He replaced the gasket on the freezer drawer assuming that was the cause of the high temperature in the freezer. He was friendly enough but unkempt. His shirt was untucked which wasn't very professional looking. He also tends to mumble which, for a person with some hearing loss, required me to ask him to repeat himself several times.

The technician was very respectful but had limited knowledge as far as what part of the machine was causing the high pitched sound when you start the wash cycle so the problem was unresolved

Not sure what he figured out.
The AC unit is doing the same thing today that it did before. Not keeping up with the thermostat or shutting down. Not exactly sure.
