Maintenance check on clothes washer & repair
James was very informative and helpful regarding how to care for our clothes washer by using Affresh and vinegar. And he's a nice person.

Gary was wonderful! Very nice, got it done quickly, he's great. The only issue we have is with the Sears. We were waiting for about two months for a trepidation that should have been done and over with in just a few weeks. THAT is our only complaint. Again though, Gary was awesome.

Sear has a repair company is hands down the worst, I would never willing pay for there service. Jonel did a great job, just hope he finds a better company to work for.

Fixed our oven
The service appointment was easy to schedule online. I got a call prior to the technician arriving. They fixed the problem with our oven door. It was a quick fix and I feel happy to have the safe use of my oven again. I would use this service again if needed.
