I was first on the day's calls. The motor was out and the parts were in the opposite direction of the rest of his appointments. He called me back 9 hours later and said he got the part and could stop by on his way home. Instead of me waiting for two weeks for a return appointment, Eduardo worked some overtime and had me back up and running in a day. What great service!
