Microwave Oven Finally Fixed
Eduardo did a fine job today replacing parts and troubleshooting error codes. He even took a suggestion I offered based on my own research. That turned out to be the final piece to the puzzle. Our Jenn-Air microwave oven is now back in service. While Eduardo showed perseverance and humility, the other tech who has been trying to service this appliance made several mistakes that stretched the repair time to 60 days. Ordering incorrect parts and failing to configure settings properly according to the service manual resulted in unneeded parts replacement and long wait times for part shipment. Had the correct parts been ordered and the proper service procedure been followed, this repair would have taken 2 weeks instead of 2 months.

GREAT SERVICE BY JAME'S THE REPAIR TECH..
JAME'STHE REPAIR TECH DID A GREAT JOB WITH FIGURING OUT THE ISSUE. I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE OVERALL SERVICE THOUGH. SEARS AI ASKED ME LOT OF QUESTIONS AND ABOUT MY MACHINE AND ITS MAKE AND MODEL. WHEN JAMES GOT THERE, HE DID NOT HAVE ANY OF THE INFORMATION THAT I HAD TEXT TO THE AI AGENT AND DID NOT EVEN KNOW THE MAKE AND MODEL OF THE WASHING MACHINE. THERE SEEMS TO BE A BREAK DOWN BETWEEN THE AI AGENT AND THE REPAIRMAN.

Not your Agents fault. I'm very unhappy with your yearly insurance that you offered. Always called me to renew my insurance. No one called. Interesting when i called no program like that anymore. Wouldn't renew my program. This is unacceptable. Offered me a whole new program that was more money. I am not going to renew now. You did the wrong thing to your customer.

Disappointed
Basically James didn't need to even bring a tool bag into my home. I had previously provided the model/serial # of my wash machine. James used the same information to diagnose my problem which I believe could have been diagnosed before he came out and charged me.

Microwave Maintenance
Technician was her no more than 5 minutes so not a lot of maintenance done. A bulb was burnt out, he said he did not have one and for us to purchase 1 to replace. He did leave the burnt out bulb so we know which one to purchase. Not real happy with Sears today, customer service has really gone downhill.

Flooring scratched
Although Gary was on time gave me a call ahead on his arrival, which was appreciated, he put a pretty big scratch in my hardwood floor. This was a little surprising because he spent some time photographing an older scratch that was already there. I thought for sure that he would slide an inflatable pad underneath the refer in order to lift refer off the floor while moving it. These types of tools have been available for quite some time. I expected him to use one, but not so much. He just turned the refer without too much care and the result is a large scratch on the floor. I don't see the star rating maintaining itself above, I gave a 2 star rating for the service because of the scratched floor. You should be able to do better than that. Now a claim has been filed and we will see how that goes. Hopefully much better. I'm ready to cancel my home warranty now. Craig Scheer

Several visits
James is a great person, but the ability to repair my item in a timely matter is something that needs to change. I have been dealing with a broken machine for 5 months and it's never been complete. Parts show up, he does't install and orders new parts, or reschedules before coming out due to not having enough help. The amount of times I had to call to get things repair and still it's not working correctly. Even after he left today!! Back to calling and scheduling a NEW technician. It's never ending and he gets paid for a job not complete. If you get James I hope he is able to repair your item, but I wouldn't recommend him.
