DRYER
He was so good about explaining what was wrong with my dyer. He was very professional. I was so glad to get it fixed. I would just like to say that I was not happy with the scheduling of my appointment. It wasn't scheduled for two months. The day it was scheduled, it was canceled until the next day. I was not happy with waiting for two months without a dryer. Not the repair person's fault.

Washer still not fixed
The tech showed up cleaned out the filter said my machine is good to go and it still isn't spinning the clothes properly they are soaked. Can he come back?

home repair
michael the technician is a super nice person and always willing to help, the sears home service is a joke ever time i call with my question and concerns they always tell you their nothing to do, this is the second time they come to fix my hood range and the problem still the same as they don't allow the technician to touch my hood range, i also being waiting for over 3 months for my fridge to get repair and still waiting,terrible service and i'm still waiting for a supervisor to call me back after 2 weeks and nothing.. not happy with the service

Dustin D legal action
Zero rating. He forged my signature. He never showed. Unless this issue gets resolved immediately we will pursue legal action for the forgery. This guy needs to be fired.

Crappy service
Didn't even knock! Was on my property 2 whole mins and then had nerve to say I denied job! You didn't even try! I have cameras! I have proof! DO BETTER! I wasted the whole day waiting!
