Technician was great, but Sears customer service was not!
Brandon did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and skilled. However Sears Home Warranty online was cumbersome and hard to reach. I heartily recommend the technician, but not the website or trying to contact Sears home services by phone. Lots of glitches.

Charles was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. He checked over our dryer and advised that it was is perfect running order adding that the issue we were experiencing was at our breaker box and an electrician will be required. Charles explained all of the issues and concerns such that I knew how to explain it to the electrician. He was very courteous and helpful. Charles is an asset to your team. thank you grant
