Jennifer was the best! Explained everything re: the repair & helped with all questions re: appliance warranty (which I bought). Jennifer went above & beyond with getting answers about the warranty, helped with finding model #s for appliances, and helped putting back together and old range hood. Also came back to double check the oven repair to ensure gas from initial heating had dissipated. Thank you Jennifer, You are amazing & excellent at your work!

A part that was needed to fix my old washer is no longer available, Niteshwar was honest about being unable to fix, but letting me know we can still use until it quits working

Issac deserves all 5 stars. He was patient, professional, shared useful information about our appliances, respectful and did not rush. If we were able to continue having a Sears Maintenance agreement after April 2024 for all 6 of our appliances I would request for him to do the annual maintenance checkup. However I am not going to deal with the frustration from dealing with all the rest of the Sears procedures that occurred this year in trying to set up these annual maintenance appointments. I don't believe it will be any easier or less frustrating with any other Sears contract.

Diagnosed my gas stove problem within minutes . Gave great advise on getting more even heat and signed us up for a plan to insure all our appliances. Great experience.

Freezer and frig frozen mess -problem solved !👍🏽
David was awesome .He was knowledgeable and professional snd got right to work . He quickly took care of a compressor problem in our LG freezer . It was a big frozen mess but he knew just what to do and thoroughly fixed it for now . He was just here this AM so I hope I do not need to call again for this problem . Likely a manufacturing problem . I'd highly recommend David! I m sure he is very experienced!
