My technician, Brian, was very efficient. I could tell he was very skilled. He immediately adjusted to the status of my needs - it was a repair, not just an estimate - and he was very careful not to damage my home as he pulled the stove out to install the part. I would recommend your services.

Sears Home Services and the Service Technician provided exceptionally awesome service I repairing our Whirlpool Clothing Drying machine! The Service technician, i.e. Brian was very efficient in determining the issue with our machine; ordering the repair part; and subsequently repairing our Dryer!

Very knowledgable technician. Great job. I have had over 20 years of experience with Sears repair. However, this is the last year I will be using Sears because of your horrible scheduling system. I am currently being harassed by your AI and it has incorrect information.
