Washer Diagnosis
Brian very kindly delivered the bad news that our 6 year old LG washer had a bad bearing, the repair of which was greater than the cost of a comparable new machine. This situation is the norm, said Brian. Appliances currently in use have an expected life of 7-10 years.

Overall Service from Sears Service Center
This has been the worst service in my life . I was without a refrigerator for 2 weeks . I had to buy ice every day at least 4 bags a day and deal with a wet floor every day plus I had to throw out all my freezer food so that is costing and has cost me a bundle of money. I purchased that refrigerator from Sears in 2019 and I am by my self . Plus I pay about $85 a month for 210 warranty service . I will be exiting from your services as soon as I know my refrigerator is not going to break down again . Horrible and Horrendous service . I am quite disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience. 2 weeks without a refrigerator is unacceptable.
