Rocky jumped out of his truck and went right to work diagnosing our Kenmore washer. He wasted no time. Based on his knowledge and experience, Rocky figured out what the problem was. Luckily, he had the part on his truck. Great positive attitude. I had all the confidence in Rocky. Well done!
