Wonderful technician!
Technician gets 6 stars, however, Sears Home Services customer service and scheduling is a nightmare! Not being able to talk to a real person, explaining circumstances created scheduling issues and needless cancelled appts. I will never call Sears again unless mandated by the appliance manufacturer.

Repair fridge with temp issues.
Mehran was an outstanding tech. Worked to resolve temperature difficulties on our older Whirlpool fridge. Made it possible to keep the temps down below 40 degrees for the weeks that parts were being ordered. Fixed today!! No food lost!
