James was a very professional and patient serviceman. He went far and beyond,in my opinion,with him servicing my fridge.He explained everything and worked hard to achieve his goal.He deserves a raise for his excellant customer service !

Dishwasher diagnosis
Very polite and pleasant. Was able to retrieve the error code and complete diagnosis quickly. I called Sears home service because the apartment maintenance guy didn't seem to know how to trouble shoot my dishwasher. I'm glad I did.
