I can’t find his name now, I think it was rikesh? I’m sure I messed that up. He was a superstar! He was in and out in like 10 minutes and fixed my fridge! Thoroughly impressed!!!! And we both agreed that they don’t make them like they used to! lol 25 years old no issues. I have one in my garage that has to be 25 years old lol NO ISSUES! anyway he was awesome.

Dave was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, on time, very polite, respectful and very kind! He knew exactly what was wrong and had all tools to fix it and now it works perfectly. And it was a minimal service cost - he saved me $2000! It was very refreshing to see such a professional, kind honest person I’ve tried all kinds of sites for past repairs and this was by far the most efficient, smartest professional one.

The technician did a good job, but your automated contact center is horrible. You do not recognize my confirmations and threaten to cancel my appointment because of your faulty system. In addition you give me no ability to speak to anybody other than your faulty system. Extremely bad customer service and the worst thing to leave your customers relying on a broken automated system. You should fire the person responsible for such bad service. 👎 This is now the second attempt at repairing my Whirlpool refrigerator. Your technicians did a great job and the electrical supply board was installed quickly. Now I cross my fingers in hopes to not experience any further problems with a short in the refrigerator shutting off its power. Also, your automated confirmation system is now working properly. Thank you.👍
