Charles was an excellent technician—fast, efficient, and professional. He fixed my ice maker quickly and quietly, which I really appreciated since I was spending some quality time with my son and didn't want to feel like I needed to supervise. He got the job done seamlessly and allowed us to carry on with our day. Highly recommend!

Excellent Service
David was great about explaining what caused the drainage problems with our dishwasher, so much so that I feel confident about fixing similar issues in the future. Our problem was a blocked drainage pipe that led to a y-air gap fitting. David removed the blocked pipe and then we cleared the pipe of debris. David explained that the y-air gap part needed to be replaced, something that David was not authorized to do because a plumber is required for pipe work. But David was kind enough to Google the part and texted it to me so I could pick it up at a hardware store. I installed the part and everything is working great. Thank you David!
