Greg did a super job repairing our dishwasher. I was able to make a next day appointment, he showed up on time, calling me before he arrived and give me updates during the day from his other appointments. He was very personable and explained everything he was doing, putting up with all of my questions as I hovered around him, and was done quickly finding a way to clear the pump (a rubber kitchen drawer bumper was stuck in the impeller) without having to completely remove the unit. He fully explained the reasonable repair costs, and was on his way, making my wife and me happy customers.

Greg's the best. It turns out nothing was broken but he explained how the unit functions with this certain valve. It turns out it was the second time he came out. The first was for an oven a few years ago. It was a couple days before Thanksgiving and the part needed wouldn't be in in time. But he showed me the part, how it connects and I was able to find it in time for that Thursday.
