Bill was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem with the ice chute flap continuously opening/closing. Unfortunately, the grounded wire in the door cannot be fixed & requires a new door replacement.

Quick and Easy
Ryan got the job done much quicker than I expected since he not only had to fix the washing machine but also had to manage moving the stacked dryer off and back on without any assistance other than a cart. I'm very happy to get my washing machine back and operable.

Technical support was great.
Brandon ordered two motors when he diagnosed what was needed. Both motors' shipping boxes had the correct part number on the boxes but were not the correct parts inside. He personally reordered the part. It took him less than 10 minutes to comlete the repairs!

Our fridge went out, Tyler came to diagnose and possibly fix the issue, unfortunately the parts to fix it are no longer available so we had to purchase a new fridge. Even though he couldn't fix the problem he was kind, friendly, on time and offered choices of replacement fridges. I would recommend Sears home services because of Tyler.
