Charles was in time and got the repair done the same day. The only part that was sketchy a bit was after he said he was done and after I paid, then he said I had to screw the plate for back of fridge on myself since I had taken off and then asked to use my bathroom, which felt like an invasion of my personal space especially given there is a McDonalds five minutes down the road and lots of other fast food places.

Replace fan in freezing compartment of Refrigerator
Tyler was efficient, well mannered, cleaned up after himself, and was polite. I do have a problem, though...when he pulled out and pushed back my refrigerator, one side made a deep long groove in my linoleum, and he didn't catch it, and I didn't see it until after he was gone. There was damage, and I don't know what to do. There is no way it was there before. I can't pull out refrigerator, with two recent shoulder surgeries. He didn't put a slider under the bottom and now I don't know what to do. Please help me.

Trash removal
I was informed by my spouse that after the technician departed he left all the trash and old parts sitting on the kitchen counter. Should have removed all trash and cleaned area after inspection conducted.

My washer still isn't working
I think we've replaced all the parts on the washer . This is the 3rd technician. I was told it was fixed . It's isn't working . Then another part was discovered later . I need a new washer at this point . The washer is not a year old .

Not working
Very nice but the washer still is not working. So 10 days later we still do not have a working washer

Retrain
Worse Teck that I have ever seen. He was unprepared. Did not have covers for his shoes at the door, had to go back to the truck to get some. Then he would go out of the house and would not take them off and wear them back in the house. Had no rags, towels to do the job, I have to give him them. Had water all over the floor, under the sink and on the Conter when he left. We had to clean up after him, everything under the sink was loaded with water. Had to take everything out and clean to let dry over the night. Large kitchen rug had water soaked on it, had to remove (it is not a cheap rug) and let dry. Wood floors were the same. He needs to be retrained! Waited all day for him and then had to spend over an hour to clean up. Will put everything back today, another 15-30 minutes of my time. Have used your service for over 30 years, if you every send him back, I will not let him in to do the work.

Refrigerator NOT Working
Sears Home Services has been out THREE times. Still not working. I had to call Samsung for the Washer after Sears Home Services could not fix it. I guess I'll be calling GE to fix the refrigerator after, you guessed it, Sears Home Services could not fix it.
