Great Work
Tyler was great! However the UPS service for the replacement ice maker was awful!!! The unit arrived at UPS at 1:21 am on Saturday and stayed there "processing" until Tuesday morning. Instead of delivering it, they sent it USPS to deliver. Meanwhile, I'm sitting at home wanting to receive a package so no one steals it off my porch. AND I had to re-schedule my appointment. I will never ship ANYTHING again with USPS!!

Despite the previous technician seemingly having done a good job, our frig returned to the same condition. However, Patrick seemed to have understood there was another part of the problem that needed repair. He diagnosed quickly and attended to the repair. As of today, the frig is working correctly again.
