Horribly service
Technician did not show up for appointment, I missed a full day of work. I called customer service and they were not able to find the work order.

Terrible
The scheduled time for my service appointment was between 8am and 5pm. The tech called at 3:30pm and said he'd be at my house by 4pm. I told him I wouldn't be home until 4:15. He said he couldn't wait. I reminded him the appointment was from 8am until 5pm. He told me that's not how it works. I told him don't come back

Technically It Works
Installed parts to fix a door malfunction on a microwave which disabled the whole microwave. Door open button will open the door but keeps looping through the door open actuation indefinitely. Lights under the microwave for the stove also don't work, they worked before the microwave shut down. It works but not quite back to factory function.
