Patrick couldn't fix our dishwasher due to not being able to access the proprietary software accessible only to GE personnel. Was prompt, polite and explained what I needed to tell GE when I called so they would understand third party repairmen could not help me.

Maintenance Service
I'm extremely satisfied with the service received from the technician, Michael. He came to my house with regard to maintenance in my refrigerator. When he completed the maintenance check, he explained the situation and a few things about the refrigerator. He also checked a couple of other appliances to give me a piece of mind. Michael was courteous and very knowledgeable. I'm very pleased with the service provided by the Sears technician.

Fridge water dispenser display
I have been having issues with fridge water dispenser since July 18, 2024. The technician was trying to fix the problem; parts were ordered and delivered prior to my appointment. The service provided today was quick and met my needs. I'm satisfied with the service provided. _________________________________________ I did have issues with Sears Home Services. Their department has such a bad customer service. There was no communication when the parts will be delivered, nor why my appointment got cancelled several times. Their phone menu option is not user- friendly. You aren't able to connect to the live agent. Sears Home Services needs to go through process improvements. Customer shouldn't have waited three months to get their water dispenser replaced. Sears Top managers need to take into consideration that if there is no customer based service, there is no job for them either.

Sears Experience
It appears the machine is operating ok, but still makes noise during spin cycle, maybe that's normal. After reading your Review Guidelines I am convinced if this not a glowing review it won't be posted so I won't waste much time. Worst experience scheduling ever. I don't plan to deal with Sears again unless absolutely necessary. It was impossible to correct an erroneous phone number and I had to write the correct one in the notes. I am frustrated to no end, if anyone cares to know.

Fast and efficient Service
Although I had to wait a couple weeks for a service technician (which would have been bad if this appliance was my primary refrigerator), once the technical arrived he quickly identified and corrected the problem.
