At first appt he came in, listened to issues and diagnosed them, ordered parts and set follow up appt to repair. 2nd appt he called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving, arrived when he said and got straight to work. Updated me on progress and cleaned up any mess. Did it all very quickly.
