The best service person
My dishwasher was an experience that had been ongoing since May/June. Patrick was the 3rd repair person that was sent and did, by far, the best job of them all. Thank you to Patrick.

My experience with Sears Customerservice was terrible——it took many months, and finally a complaint to the Attorney General. But once Greg (from Deer Park ) got involved, things got done. The washer now works. (It would have been so much easier if Customerservice had just contacted him in the first place, rather than sending calls to people in Asia, the Philippines, India and Mexico and being told there were no techs in the area. I'm so glad. that is finally over. My compliments to Greg.

Great Service
Dennis was very professional. He checked out my dishwasher. For an extra fee he serviced my washer and dryer. I was shocked that they were in such a bad mess. He took gobs of lint out of my gas dryer and cleaned the pump on my washer which had money and beads and mold. Yuck! He recommended Affresh to clean my washer and dishwasher. I purchased it that afternoon. I was thrilled with the service and the fact there was a service repairman that worked on all appliances, no matter who made them. Thank you Dennis!
