Service Review
Ruined the throw rug in front of the washer and dryer with grease and oil. Left old parts for us to dispose of. In the past the technician has taken them with him for disposal. Moved the dryer so close to the back wall it pinched off the vent hose and insisted he hadn't moved the dryer. Arguementive................

Dryer did NOT tumble after Sears Technician left.
Patrick did a good job on servicing eight appliances on the Master Protection Agreement. However on the last one, the dryer, the belt may have fallen off from the electric motor to the clothes tumbler when the technician put the dryer back together again. Sears is a dishonorable company that fails to keep its promises to call back after hours on the phone with about 9 different people and departments. Sears service is just a runaround system to wear out people who need a call back to repair Sears mistake.
