My experience
The only complaint I have is the payment recipient wasn't filled out properly. Your current system allows for no personal contact. The tech worked in an efficient manner and provided a good service.

Awesome friendly service!
He showed up earlier than expected today, which was WONDERFUL! This is his second visit to our home for the same appliance (waiting for parts to be delivered) - Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly service at both visits (the initial visit for diagnosis by Patrick was also a great experience, the same can be said for the service he offered as well)

Excellent technician
Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and once determined the fuse was the problem went to the hardware store bought a new fuse and installed it. If he had ordered the part he would have to of come back in probably 2 wks and I would not have a working microwave. Great customer service!

Finally Fixed
My upper Dbl oven went out and I called to get it repaired. Eduardo came to fix it but had to order a part. He returned to install it and it was a different part that was out so he had to reorder again. This is the 5th time he's been here to fix it with no fault of his own. Sears should have parts on his repair van so it's a one stop shopping and repair visit. Waste of gas coming from Portland 5 times.
